Landscape Commissions, 8x10
These commissions will be original 8 “x 10” gouache paintings based off of a landscape you send me. The landscape can be a place you walk everyday, or a place you visited once and fell in love with. I suggest it be a place close to your heart. You may also send me a picture of yourself (perhaps wearing your favorite coat?) and/or a pet of yours that you may take to this place to accompany you.
After you purchase this, I will contact you within two days and we will start talking about the piece. I will ship your piece within five weeks of your purchase. If you decide you no longer want the piece within three days of me contacting you to begin planning the piece, you will be refunded entirely. If you decide you no longer want the piece after I have begun the process, I will refund you $200. However, if you decide this after 14 days of your order being placed, you will be refunded $150. This is just because I need to compensate myself for the work and time I have already put in.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-These will be made in MY style. If you want something realistic or outside of my typical color palettes, I kindly suggest you find another artist who works in the style you’d prefer to make your commission.
-I will of course “okay” my sketches with you and keep you updated throughout the process. I may adjust elements of the landscape to allow the piece to flow better, but I will check with you before doing so.
